1. Where do you source your tea from?

We source our teas from renowned tea plantations and small
individual farms in India. Within the country, we procure from 5 popular tea-producing regions, namely: Darjeeling, Assam, Nilgiri, Kangra, and Sikkim.

2. Are your teas sourced sustainably?

Yes, at Teadaan, we are committed to sustainability. We source our teas from reputable suppliers who prioritize sustainable farming practices and ethical sourcing.

3. Are your teas gluten-free and vegan?

Yes, our teas are naturally gluten-free and suitable for vegans, as they contain no animal-derived ingredients.

4. How should I store tea to maintain its freshness?

To keep your Teadaan teas fresh, store them in an airtight container away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Avoid storing tea near spices or other aromatic substances.

Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does it take for orders to be shipped?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Usually it takes 3-5 days for the order to be delivered. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

2. What are the shipping charges?

We ship our products using various post services. All orders above ₹499 are eligible for Free Shipping. For any order below ₹499, an additional charge of ₹55 is levied as a shipping charge, for all states.

3. How can I track my shipment?

Once the order is processed and shipped you will receive shipping details along with the tracking number. You can also get the updates by logging in to you account.

4. Can I cancel an order?

Yes you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Simply write to us at support@teadaan.com

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we are only shipping our products within India. We will soon start international shipping.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and UPI for secure and convenient payment. We strictly follow all RBI guidelines with regards to online payments.
